 SCS Technologies Inc. (SCS) was tasked with the turnkey installation of the low voltage-cabling infrastructure at the Ritz Carlton South Beach, a five-star hotel. The scope included cabling 375 room with voice and data connectivity, fiber optic cabling, telephone cabling for a 30,000 square foot meeting and conference facilities, spa amenities, three restaurants along with cabanas and pool communications. SCS Technologies installed over 600 voice and data lines into the complex including fiber optics delivered to the desktop. The project was completed within two years. The General Contractor was Coastal Construction and Hoar Construction and the developer was Land Plan Company.
