August 10, 2018 DELTA AIRLINES CALL CENTER SCS Technologies Inc. (SCS) installed more than 1,200 voice and data lines into the two-story call center for Delta Airlines. This fast track installation was completed on time with Change Orders amounting to less than 2% of the project. SCS Technologies Inc. (SCS) accomplished this by working closely with the General Contractor and Delta airlines to confirm and review the entire project scope before implementation to ensure a complete project was achieved. The project was a signature Avaya installation project. The General Contractor was The Tower Group and the developer was New York based The Rockefeller Group.
