The KITS team then establishes the project's scope to explain the boundaries of the project, establish responsibilities for each team member and sets up procedures for how completed work will be verified and approved. Key factors are considered and discussed, like, specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs and deadlines. Our Project Management team helps other teams to understand their role and deliverables within the project scope.

Solution Architecture

This is a key stage in the processes and KITS has a well-established mechanism to take into consideration the variables involved and how to balance these to achieve optimised solutions. KITS deployment team takes over at this stage and to understand the physical limitations and challenges involved during the implementation phase. Once again, our team follows a tried and tested process to ensure all factors are taken into consideration to ensure zero or minimal down time for the customer.

Delivery & Testing

Once the implementation phase is completed, our sign off teams mobilize to test the equipment and ensure all functionalities are incorporated. Any considerations are fine-tuned and the project delivery is completed.
