  • Built a smart network including 145 new BTS’s, 3 BSC’s, 1 Media Gateway and 1 R4 Soft Switch (GGSN, SGSN, VMS and etc.). As well as leading negotiations with infrastructure equipment suppliers, the long-line carriers to provide GSM/GPRS/EDGE technology to a five-state area.
  • Performed engineering functions, vendor selection, negotiation, site location selection, converted 145 cell sites from CDMA to GSM which also included Tower Modifications & Construction Management. Constructed 60+ new Sites, which included Site Acquisition, Leasing, Zoning, Tower Construction & Construction Management, and site implementation of all technology/hardware/software change-out and replacement.
